Has the new 700 lost weight? If you look at the 500 Sportsman “DUSE or RSE” both of these ATV’s are 10# heaver then the 700? By the way they also are $200 more then the 700 also.

When everyone started talking about how heavy this thing was I started to consider the things that came stock that the standard HO does not come with, like racks (F/R) and the bigger rear wheels and the front tow hook, larger radiator …… Bigger motor, so on! If you go to the “comparison” page from Polaris there are quite a few changes between the 500 and the 700. Yep it’s heavy, but all the Sportsman are, that’s we like them.
