Bansheenut,
My friend has a '02 tb 250 and he put a rcr stage 1 kit on it.Rick was very helpful and the kit included clutch spring,pipe,air-box mod,and a diff. jet. This turned it into a whole new machine for $325.

I have a DG pipe and it SUCKS!!!!, my motor is ported, polished, bored, head milled and the list goes o and on, i have to run 108 octane gas and even with all the mods.....DG sucks. go with the ones you were looking at, they are all good.

Don't even think about DG or FMF for a Polaris. They don't understand how the clutches work in these things.
