The most common place I can think of is Swaintech. Hope I spelled it right.

www.swaintech.com is their website. I didn't get mine coated, but after getting the specs on it, plus how reasonable the cost is for the benefits, I wish I had.

For everyones convenience, I have Swaintech coated pistons on the shelf .

It beats waiting a few weeks for a piston .

As WJW said, what happened to the breakin oil/premix in your gas tank? If you had your premix still in the tank, you have a seal problem sucking air, not an oil injection problem.

Was the gas premixed?

My thoughts exactly.There is no way in two hours you went thru a tank of gas.The dealer cannot say it locked-up because the oil line was pinched without blaming himself for not premixing your first tank. That is the reason they are supposed to do it.Point this out to him and tell him you want a &quot;loner&quot; scrambler for your upcoming ride.If he wants your business at all he will work with you.

 

a lot of dealers have quit doing this because of getting fouled plug complaints by inexperience rider so this may be a case where it bit the dealer. also some dealers are selling them in the crate and the buyer does not have the knowlege to do the setup.
