You can use WD-40, or a 3M/Ditzler wax and grease remover. Also, you can pick up some 3M marine vinyl protectant from your local Walmart. Wipe it on....it won't look the best, but come back 20-30min later, and touche', glossy plastic, complete with UV ray protection

Brakeleen or contact cleaner. Also rubbing alchol works OK. Let the chemical work it loose and wipe gentally with paper towel or clean rag. Trust me, I've removed many. Just don't let the chemical sit on there for a long period(more than a few seconds). Wipe it gentally and repeat it again until it is all off. All that will be left is a nice clean shiny spot, where the sticker was.

DONT USE BRAKLEEN.It can take the shine out and it also melts some plastics.Polaris said to use goof off or goo b gone. They are made to take sticky stuff off without hurting the surface. Some paint thinners can also melt plastic. It depends on the chemical that the maker of the paint thinner uses.Be safe! Use Goof off or goo b gone.
