I am a cummins fanatic. I have run into similar cases with the 2003 cummins. There are people who do get these before production to try out. So I dont off the bat assume these enthusiasts are lieing and dont go accusing them. I hate flame wars. They are unneccesary pi$$ings in my opinion. Wether or not polaris500 is speaking the truth it is uncouth to attack his character. Thats if we are all grownups here.
On a different note I got into a discussion with a diesel mechanic yesterday who didnt know much of what he was talking about in reference to my application. I did not correct him just stated what my intentions were and that I didnt mind if he disagreed. Has anyone here heard of a 750 horsepower I-6 359 turbo diesel?

NO for a 750hp cummins but how about a 450hp cummins we are talking cummins aren't we?

A little off topic although I live in Canada and it seems we are 6 months behind anything that happens in the States. Bombardier is Canadian and I do part time product research for bombi, the nearest time anyone can exspect to have a 400 is early November.

Polaris500 if you have one my hat is off to you, as performance goes I was at the factory riding one of these amazing machines and I am not at liberty to devuldge any information untill they are actually in the stores. Any waite or anticipation will be well worth it trust me???

Hmmm...this is all becoming a little clearer now. The "Factory" Outlander that Polaris boy say's his buddy "bought", is probably one of the 3 or 4 Demo Test Units that Bomb "gave" to it's dealers to use for Testing and rider feedback. Bomb sometimes allows dealers to purchase those demo units, sometimes they go back to the factory. Polaris boy...does it have an "Hour Meter" on it???

 

yes,, there is a button u push (just like on the Polaris's) that tell you the miles, hour, trip miles, etc.
