Broken speedo at 1000 km's?
 

My 02 500ho x just turned over 1000 km and the speedometer decided that it didn't want to work any more,anybody else out there have problems with there sportsman speedo's?I contacted a dealer about this and I'm still waiting on a reply to see if my extended warranty will cover the fix whatever that may be.Any info on this problem or a fix would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance. ----- 02 500Ho X [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

I had the same thing happen with my SP335. The key had slipped out of the connector on the transmission. The connector was just behind the drive belt housing and was simple to unscrew. There was a small key that connected the transmission gear to the cable. They just put in a longer key and fixed the problem.
