Well I recieved an e-mail from them today.Still no parts though.They said something about there secure server or something not giving the mail to them. (Whatever !!!) I think I will stick to my dealer from now on.

 

When you placed your order online, did you get a confirmation E-mail?

 

I did but I noticed a few Items were missing on the confirmation. So I e-mailed a responce imediatly(sp) to add items to that order and if not pos. to let me know and got no responce until today and they still didnt answer my question so I dont know what I am getting.

 

Thats to bad because my experience was great. I would give them a call and take to someone. I talked to Scotty and he was very helpful.

 

I'm with you Bertman, must have been a one time thing, the server could have easily been screwed up. I thought it was great service and I will order from them again in the future.

 

You guys are probily right. I just may be having bad luck. I did like the way they have the microfish so you know what part is what. I wont bad mouth them yet [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

Still no parts from partsland..........Now I am getting MAD!!!!!!
I went to my dealer today and picked up some hand guards and put them on. They are red but I dont think they look very good on the tld. Has anyone else seen or have these on theres? They are the pure polaris ones but I dont think they are on the polaris site yet.

 

have you talked to anyone on the phone at Partsland? If so what did they say was the problem. Backorder maybe?
