Default Make your ATV Seaworthy?

Hi All,

I am a mechanical engineering student and as a team project we thought we would design and build a device that allows you to drive your ATV across bodies of water. We came up with a survey to see what people would really like to see in this type of product so we could build a specification and meet the needs of fellow ATV riders across the country. There is only 9 questions so if you could take the survey that would help us out with phase 1. Thank you in advance!

just copy paste the link below into your browser and if you have additional feedback you can add it to this thread and it might help us develop our second survey.

Thanks MooseHenden! As of now, we have had about 80 responses to our survey. We are hoping to hit at least 1000 so we can get some ATV owners but I think most people connected to this site probably own one. If you know of any way to get the survey out there or if you know other ATV owners, any input is helpful!

You are doing it the right way. Visiting one site at a time. It'll grow.

Hey Levi, (thats my name too).

Hope your project goes well. This sounds like a very interesting idea. I want to see how this would work. I took your survey and hope other people do to.

Default Thanks for the help!

We did get over 180 survey responses and are now 99% complete with pur prototype! We just have to assemble all the parts and we are planning on testing it this Thursday at a lake not far from us. I am not sure if I can post videos directly or not but I could probably post a YouTube link on this thread once we put it on YouTube.

Pictures and video are a must once you get that thing going.
