The EBS clutches I have the primary is off a Sportsman and the secondary is off of a 570rzr but should work.$275 shipped with a belt.What atv do you have?I may have clutch cover if so $75 shipped.

Unplugged the rev limiter got the switch working.Still not idling right.What is the best way to test for bad crank seals.Just do a comp test and see how long it holds before dropping?

That is basicly what I did.I didnt use a check valve.Tied both top vents into the tee and tied it off out of the way.Now my problem is I cant get it to idle right or return to idle after gassing...

If you run too hard of a belt you stand a good chance of grooving your primary clutch.

Best belt going is the Polaris RZR belt.It does a great job on Scramblers for sure and most others.Runs alot...

The 2001 400 Sportsman is a very good machine.The 425 ebgine is tried and true.A little down on power compared to a 500HO but with a little clutch work and good tires it is great.

You dont need EBS if you know how to ride a CVT...

You dont need EBS if you know how to ride a CVT bike.But you do need to understand how the clutches work and use them.Set the secondary up a little tight helps too

You do know that if you go bigger on tires you will have to clutch for the size and weight difference.Mainlly just lighter on the secondary spring will do it.
