02 Arctic Cat 90. Need source for new sprockets
We have an 2002 Arctic Cat 90. The sprockets on it are hosed and currently are a 19t front and 39t rear. I'll be doing some clutch and top end work next week and will likely change them...Problem is I can't find anywhere to get them, I've been googling for an hour.
Any sources?
Thanks, Matt

Think the Arctic cat 2 strokes used the same basic motor as Eton,Aeon(that made Polaris youth atvs) and Dinli. If the kick starter looked similar to this one.Either way here's a place that you should be able to find sprockets.ATV, Dirt Bike, Go Karts : Get 2 It Parts, LLC, ATV, Scooter, Go Kart, Dirt Bike and Moped Parts

I appreciate the replies guys.
I spent a couple hours researching this after I posted. I have the 4-bolt flange for the sprocket but those sprockets aren't exactly plentiful if you're searching under Arctic cat or polaris. I could swap on a 3-bolt flange off an 05 or so polaris and it will fit plus those sprockets are for sale everywhere.
BUT... the can-am ds90 uses the same 4-bolt setup and size during the same period that Arctic cat did plus the ds90 sprockets are readily available in different sizes.
Hopefully by next week I'll have everything in hand and the kid's 90 will be like new again. He's 11 but only 80lbs, so he isn't ready for a bigger machine for a couple of years at least.

The confusion over what carries over between all of these 90cc machines has cost me about 5 hours over the past two days, that includes scouring forums and actually looking for parts.
Scratch that about the DS90 sprockets, they really aren't that readily available.
I did just score a 3-bolt flange off eBay for $23, so that's what it's going to be. It's actually less money for a new set of 3-bolt sprockets including that flange, plus I don't have to hunt down sprockets since 3-bolt are available everywhere.
When the LT80 or my 400ex needs parts you don't even need to look for them, just pick a place and get them. But the little Arctic Cat has character and has taken a ton of abuse so it keeps it's place.
