Valve lash settings 85 moto4 200
I can only find info on this for the 225 86-89, any specs?
I have found my no start issue is linked to valves, it's spitting out the carb when I try to fire it off. 45lb of compression. I may get lucky and just have to adjust it, I'm guessing it's a bent one though.
more adventures in this piece of junk....
Thank you.

I don't think you would have any compression if your valve is bent. If its firing out the carb you might have a vacuum leak check your orings and or boot I cant remember how the carb connects on them. Will not hurt to check lashing though that's for sure.
Are you checking compression at wide open throttle?
Allot of times a bent valve will take out the piston also. I have 2 moto 200's and I had the same issue on mine turns out I had very inconsistent spark and ended up being the cdi box It had spark but wasn't at the right time and sometimes weak. It had a Mr Electric brand CDI on it I got another the same brand and that one didn't work neither If its sparking like I stated get a used OEM one off Ebay
