Generic how to test a starter circuit. Make sure the battery is charged and the connectors clean and tight. Does the solenoid click? If no, disconnect the two thin wires to the solenoid where they plug into the loom, put a 12v test lamp across the loom side plug, switch on, press start button, does the lamp light brightly? If yes, you have a faulty solenoid. If no, connect one wire of lamp to earth the other to the yellow/red wire on that plug, press start button again, if it lights, you have a faulty earth lead to solenoid. Fairly complex on most Hondas as the neutral light circuit is often wired to it, but you just have to trace through the system to find the fault.
