Default 99 Wolverine 350 electrical problem

I have 99 Wolverine and it want start. I have replaced starter, starter relay and battery. The neutral light comes on when key turns on. Check everything with a test light but just can not get power past the relay to the starter. What would keep it from starting.

Don't know if your solenoid is in a rubber boot or not like some Yamahas,or is grounded to the frame, but make sure all grounds are good.If the solenoid grounds to the frame, scrape a little paint to bare metal. May be something simple causing the problem.

It has a rubber piece around the relay then two wires that plugs into the other electrical components. The power comes from battery but I can not get it to the starter side of the relay to go to the starter.

Solenoid trigger wire may not be getting power from the start button on the left control switch. You might see if electrical contact spray in the crevices of the switch may help on this.
