So a quick little history on this. This ATV was given to me as a jigsaw puzzle in the engine department. I now have it reassembled and went to start and found I needed to readjust valve clearance. That complete I attempted again and no start. When I unplugged the spark plug the boot came off and no copper wire coming through the casing. Got new coil and am getting no spark. Does anybody have any troubleshooting ideas or help for the ignition system?

i have not. If you can that would be awesome. Thank you. On a side note I noticed that when cranking it seemed as tho the starter clutch would slip (not turn the engine over) but the pull rope would pull it over fine. I am putting a new clutch in for the flywheel
