Default 07 King Quad 700 sputter and stall

So this sputter and hard start has been an issue for me now for a while. Originally I cleaned the injector, set tps, checked all connectors, did the voltage reg mod, and it helped a bit. So I decided to change the fuel pump and filter, I bought a cheap aftermarket one. Pressure was 65 psi static, with just the key on and 90 psi at idle. So I modified the regulator o ring and got it now to 44 psi with key on, but it’s 60psi at idle. It will now start every time but it takes some feathering of the throttle, and when your driving, it sputters bad at low throttle and will stall. I really need some help, I researched the crap out of this, oh and it has a new plug. Only 4000km onthr bike too.

There is something seriously wrong with a pump producing that sort of pressure, what was the original pump giving? Are you getting the C--- fuel settings correct on idle? I did have a 700KQ that wouldn't run right from new, finally swapped all the EFI bits from another bike, one at a time, until I found it ran right with the other bike's throttle body. So fitted a new TPS and that seemed to cure the problem.

What do you mean correct fuel C—? Also is setting the iac after adjusting tps a must? Also is it possible that 60 psi idling is the actual pressure and when I just key the pump on, it doesn’t have enough time from the relay to get to 60?

Ok so another opdate, i tried driving it today and it runs horrible, but i was backing it into my garage and i reved it a few times to keep it running and it puffed out a large cloud of black smoke, enough to fill my garage. So im guessing its still insanely rich and ill have to adjust my fuel pressure down more.

"What do you mean correct fuel C—?"

Sorry a few years since I did this, 500KQs don't have an adjustable TPS, and everyone buys 500KQs round here now, with fuel at £5 a gallon. I meant -COO settings on the speedo. See this video https://www.google.com/search?q=Sett...TF-8#kpvalbx=1 if you don't know how to do it.
