1995 magnum 425 blowing out light bulbs
Yesterday, I asked about some weird stuff on my 425. Well today, I went out and pull started it. It idled fine but would quit with just a little throttle, until I turned the lights on. I revved the engine a bit and blew out both low beams, or blew a fuse (I don't know if they are fused). So I put my volt meter on the central panel, where the fan plugs into on the left side of the steering column, and got 19 volts with a quick bump of the throttle. Is this indicating a failed voltage regulator? Also, this was done with the battery disconnected. And the machine would not run without the light switch being in the high beam position, however the high beam is not currently installed.
