Default National Museum of Forest Service History

We normally associate Yamaha's Outdoor Access Initiative (OAI) with putting resources into trails but focusing on the many aspects of outdoor recreation along with its value to and reliance on land stewardship and conservation efforts to protect access to public lands is no joke either. Default Yamaha Surpasses The Million Dollar Mark

2025 marks a monumental moment for the Yamaha Outdoor Access Initiative as in they surpassed handing out a cool million bucks in grants to help groups clean and maintain riding areas across the nation. And better still, they pledged to give out $10-million by 2028!

We say it often, but if your group needs funding or if you're thinking of starting a group to make a difference, we have the info on how to apply for a grant in the article. There's a good chance you'll receive crucial funding:

The first quarter of 2026 is in the books and Yamaha has handed out over $237,000 to organizations looking to give back to riding areas.

Like always, if you run or are a part of one such group, we have application info in the article as well.
