90cc quad rear wheel spins at idle
Paid way too much for a used chinese quad. Was running at the time of purchase. Kids drove it for a few minutes. Noticed smoke and found a gas leak. Bought new tank air filter cleaned carb and changed oil also adjusted the valves. A few problems i am having. It wants to take off at idle. The wheels spin so fast its dangerous the front brake will hold it but not good for the kids. Tried adjusting the carb down but wants to die by the time u get the wheels to slow down enough. The foot brake makes the engine die for some reason. Also once the engine gets nice and warm it seems to be harder to start once it dies. I think the lever on bottom left handle is a choke? It has an S and R on it with an arrow. Pretty sure it does not have reverse which i thought that lever was for. Ready to cut my losses and junk it but figured id give this a try. Any info is helpful thanks. BT152FSH 90601248 on the engine. I dont know anything else about it .

I opened the clutch cover just to inspect and nothing appeared out of place. Oil i changed was pretty dirty tho but no debris under the cover. You think a new clutch might be the answer? Also the foot brake didnt kill it til i took the cover off. Tried reconnecting the brake light with no success ill look into that more.
