I rode bikes for 6 years, then bought a blaster, had to sell it for money reasons, and rode a CR125, just sold that and bought a banshee. I personally like quads better cause they are funner to ride in snow and sand, and mud. If you get a good fullsize quad, you can still go pretty fast!

i would rather be on a motorcycle than a quad unless it was a 250R quad. cr250 or 426 yami.

quads should reach the speeds of bikes because if you tune them right you can reach raeally fast speeds... radin atv sport I guess if the yfz 450 is geared right it will hit speeds of 90...and I think alltoys is working on a cdi unit for the mighty V and he is expecting speeds of 100. so speed can always be improved on quads. later

keep in mind the 2 stroke bikes are aluminum framed non-counterbalanced machines. this equals more power and less weight. the weight we're talking about here is the main factor and is considerably less. when you have a 40-50 and even 60hp (the big 500 2 strokers) making this kind of power and weighing from the lower to mid 200lbs range, youve got a beast bred machine.
