Any idea why the Wiseco broke? How many hours were on the engine? Was the piston used when the cylinder was bored?
What if the rod broke and caused the piston too break?

Weiseco's come apart if they are set up to loose...a proper bore job is a MUST on these raptors

I had somebody bore it for that piston. My father in law is a mechanic and said by looking at it he can tell the piston broken first.

i bore cylinders all the time from 2 to 4 strokes. i have done alot of raptors mostly 690's we only use JE pistons. the cylinder to piston clearance is a few thousands of an inch and if its too much you will get piston slap and it will break a piston. if i were you i would talk to the shop who bored your cylinder and mic cylinder and piston if still half together.
