i as just wondering if the Honda trx250r is a good dune machine? o and this is a little off the topic but does a trx250r or a banshee burn fuel faster?

yea if your askin me its awsome in the dunes. i dont know much about the to but i would think the shee would burn more fuel, i mean it is a twin

i don't own one but i bet you probably couldn't show me a dune riding area with out a 250r in it. stick some paddles on and your good to go!

i have both. the R is an great dune machine and great quad. the banshee slings more roost and of course is faster, but the R slings it well too. And, yes, the banshee will drink the gas much faster.

The shee is a fast machine, no doubt about it, however in dunes i would not put it overly superior, it has a weight disadvantage and a size disadvantage, the 250r is a better machine and not so much slower than a shee as people make it seem, my neighbor has one and i can win 50/50 when we drag i definetly get the holeshots with the r, the shee is twin and 350 so it eats the fuel much more
