Z 400 air box and go fast questions
Even if you don't want to admit it, I know you did learn from YFZ660R's school. I taught you that only 450cc quads and lower can race mx, and that's why you don't see raptors on the track, I also taught you that your Z won't beat the 450's. And about the loser, I'm the winner, I know more than you and will also smoke you anywhere with my rappy or YFZ making me the winner and you the Loser. Comprende????

i already knew that 450cc was the limit in the ATVA GNC and GNCC classes...except for the OPEN classes of course. Also, there was never a question that the Z400 could be a 450. What made you bring that into the discussion? More than I know? Test me.
and here is why the "rappy" is "tipsy" (straight from Yamahas website)
the dimensions for the raptor are Length = 72.0” x Width = 43.3” x Height = 45.3”
now when you look at a z400 (as with the raptors, straight from the suzuki website)
the dimensions for the z400 are Length = 72.0" x Width = 45.9" x Height = 45.7"
the wider stance makes for better handling on the Z400, and less so for the raptor. a 2.6" difference is a lot when considering handling.
ok now for the weight thing we were talking about.
the raptor weighs in at a whopping 398 Lbs.
the suzuki weighs in at 372 lbs.
again, less weight, quicker acceleration.
as for the top speed on both bikes....they are too close to even make a fuss about. when are you ever at your top speed anyhow?
as for the acceleration, i still stand my by physics explanation.
END OF DISCUSSION...IM DONE.

LMFAO dude, how about to go race your Z against a rappy on pavement, you will get eaten alive by about 5 lengths in a 300 ft! believ me, ive seen it, the rappy does out accel. a Z by alot. weight isn't anything, that would mean a blaster could beat all of us becuase it weights 324 pounds. like you said "again, less weight, quicker acceleration." Thus you made yourself look stupid. and as far as top speed, a stock Z goes 68, yea 68 bud. and my buddys stock rappy, hits 80. 12 mph of a diff. and you said "as for the top speed on both bikes....they are too close to even make a fuss about" so 12 mph isnt alot?
