Here is what I did to my Z, in the order I did it, as my funds allowed:

DG race pro nerf bars.

DG full chassis and swingarm skid plates.

ITP Baja rims and Holeshot XC tires (here in the desert). You might prefer something like Holeshot H-D's.

Pro-Flow adater and UNI air filter (http://www.prodesignracing.com/), vented airbox lid (http://www.ehsracing.com/), FMF PowerBomb header and Titanium 4 muffler, and of course a rejet.

Tag Metals T2 handlebars.

Works Performance suspension.

for mine i went with full PRM skids, front bumper and 6 pack rack
i upgraded the tires to GBC shredders, 6 ply in the rear since i ride rocky areas and stuff along with mud, sand, water etc

right now the stock suspension seems to be ok.....ive got it set up pretty nice so for now im gonna keep it til i get new A arms and stuff

exhaust wise im still switching between the LRD and CT racing
im leaning more towards the LRD, with a k&N and an adapter then a rejet

im also going to get IMS pegs with thier heel gaurds (i can't stand nerf bars)

prolly will also go with the tag bars

also got rid of the stock fuel petcock and switched over to a pingel

There are many "armor" for your quad companies out there. Pro Armor is supposed to be good, if you suit your quad up in their stuff. Buy reinforced wheels, like hyper beadlocks i heard were damn tough. and meaty tires like razr2s, or those itp heavy duties.
