Sould have one, but it could be plugged.and Rolling on the side may not cause the gas to overflo out the tube. If you loosen the screw at the bottom of the float bowl does gas come out of the tube? If it does, then the line , outside the carb, isnt blocked.
If you want to make sure, drop the float bowl and check to see if its plugged.
On my photo page is a picture of a float bowl, and the brass tube sticking up, is the vent/overflow tube.

Its normal for gas to leak out the overflow tube, when a quad is on its side. But its not a sign, that someting is wrong, if it doesnt.
Shut off the flow of gas to the carb, then unscrew, a few turns, the screw on the bottom of the carb, to drain the float bowl. Then you can take off the float bowl without splashing too much gas around.
Theres no fuel return, the float needle and seat, shuts the flow of gas, when the float rises. This is supposed to prevent overflowing, but if the needle sticks, then the overflow prevents engine damage by providing a way for the excess gas to escape.
Im not sure you have a problem...what other symptoms or problems does it have...or are you just curious?
Heres a good site with info on carbs.
