Default Riding Terrain?

I just picked up a Mojave and took it out riding. It didn't seem to do to good in mud which I didn't expect because of 2 wheel drive and it didn't seem to good in sand but it had all it's power in the woods. I was wondering if this had anything to do with tires? Because I have holeshots. Or if it is just to small to handle sand.

What irritates me is!
Those 6-packs work pretty good.

Sand takes skill, but an underpowered machine makes it even harder. You might try paddles next time or buy some performance upgrades.

Can't help you in the mud. Don't so much hate riding in mud as I hate trying to clean the quad afterwards. I avoid it.
