I ride desert, and the Honda is the King of the Desert! All the big endurance races like Baja and Vegas to Reno are always won by the Hondas (both quads and dirt bikes). If you aren't on a Honda, you probably won't finish much less win!!!

This says volumes about how tough and reliable this machine is. Only one possible choice for me!!!

yup id go with the honda also talk to any of the big time motor builders and everyone will tell u the yamaha will put out more power but the honda will put out more usable power

Since there are going to be a lot more 450's available soon, it's a hard choice. For now I like the honda trx because are simple to work on and have great power. But it sounds like the DS450 is going to be a bad a$$ machine. CanAm has always made solid stuff. It also sounds like the KTM powered quads will be solid machines, but they are way ugly (even worse than the DS450). I like the looks of the DS450 in the black x package.

Its tough to decide. I know this. A HONDA 450r w/ a HRC kit is hard to beat.

Been happy with my KFX 450. With a few mods it will hang with any of them. So easy to turn, you feel like you can through it just where you need it.

wait about a year or so on the ktm450 they make a great birtbike. i expect the same with the quads
