I have a 99 warrior and wanted it to handle better. what kind of shocks and tires woulde make it handle easier.

A good pair of front shocks to buy are CT's TCS shocks, they are way better than stock (compared to my banshee anyway).

You might also want to consider buying a steering dampner like Denton's. Handling will be greatly improved.

As for tires there are many good choices like holeshots XC's, XCT's, maxxis razars, and others.

You could get special valve caps for the front from American Racing. Put them on the front wheels. They are flat valve stems that require an adapter to fill with air. Then, you could turn them around backwards and your width will be 5" wider and it will be much more stable. You can also turn the rears around and get 4" wider, too. They say that doing the front is bad for the ball joints, but I didn't have a problem. I had the stock tires in front, and 20x11x9 Shredders for the rear. I didn't even ride the quad with the factory balloon tires in the rear. The rear tires will make a huge improvement in sliding and jumping. Works shocks work awesome, but they cost $$$. How much do you want to spend? and define "handle better".

you can lower it, put anti -sway bars on, low-profile tires and hydralics. then you could cuise with the mini-truckers! just kidding

How much money are you willing or able to spend? When you say handling what exactly do you mean? More jumping capability, more flexible bars to minimize shock, better cornering,etc. or all of the above? If you can provide a little more specific info on your problem I'm sure you will get many suggestions.
