They say 50-51 for the ex and 54-55 for the Lakota, depends where the info. comes from. You will always get a diff. answer somewhere. I have never had mine clocked or used a GPS, however, I believe it is anywhere from 58-60 with the mods. The March 02 Dirt Wheels had a shootout between the 2. The said the ex tops out around 50 and Lakota 52-54. Not much on top end, but enough to pull away. They also stated the Lakota just pulls away in a drag.

yes that is true, because mine(once nice and warm) will top out at 61 clocked, but thats revving it like crazy, and im not gonna get all like HEY MY QUAD WILL BEAT UR QUAD, that kinda old ****, but the lakota is a little faster than the 250ex, but the 250ex will dominate on the trails. but they are all very great quads, modded out they are even better [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
