My uncle has a LT 160 and i have a friend who has a 220. I have ridden both. The 220 is faster but the 160 has better handling to me. Which one do you think is beter?

 

Last year 4-Wheel ATV Action magazine conducted a Bayou 220/LT160 shootout, the littlest Kawie won handily. The testers did like the Suzuki's handling though. See the March '98 issue of 4WA for complete details.

I own a Bayou 220 and my friend owns a Suzuki LT160. His probably does have the edge in hanndling but i think the Bayou is more comfortable and has much better suspension. speed and powere wise i also think the 160 is below the 220

 

I don't have any experience with the Bayou but my first quad was a 160. I can tell you that you won't be disappointed. It is very reliable, light, easy to ride, has good handling, and is surprisingly quick.
