the z400 are dam good quads im saving up for 1 myself and get rid of the tb250... i need more power....

Smitty, so far Im having a blast. I went from a 300 ex to a kfx 400 its like starting to ride all over again, more power, better handling, turning you name it. And if speed is your game, it does pretty well with v-forces and raptors. Especially piped ,jetted and air box lid off[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]. If your going to motorcross get the honda or the yamaha 450`s. If your going to trail ride and do light motorcross racing IMHO the z-400 is the bike. Always remember the z has reverse.

Good handling and great motor. Not the fastest bike out there, but hey, we can all probably kill ourselves just fine on a 400!

It is a very nice bike! Yes the Yamaha is faster, yes the new Honda is faster, but it is still a grat bike. The great thing is there area a LOT of people that HAVE to have the newest and fastest - makes for some NICE used bikes at decent prices. If you are a trail rider, you will love it. We ride fast some days and other days I will ride with utility machines and just putt around - it works great for both. It is nice to have a crusier when you want it and not have to be running hard to enjoy it. plus there are a lot of people hopping them up and winning on local tracks if that is your game.
Also the 400ex is a great bike depending on what you want to do. FUN in the woods and AWESOME used prices on them right now....

yea i had my z250 for about month and it allready didnt have enough power 4 me so does the z400 have enough power to tell the diffrence
