What shocks are you running on the front, and are they mounted further out from the frame on the lower arm than stock?

I bought a set of those a-arms for my quad. I was dissapointed that they did not come with lower ball joints, even though the auction pictured them. Also, the lower shock mount was wrong, but workable with spacers. Action Racing is lucky that their arms are so inexpensive. Anyways, I need to revalve my shocks. They are way too squishy, so the front end goes way up, then down.

Shady: I am running stock shocks for now and hopefully for a very short time. And yes, they are mounted further out from the frame. The A-arms have 2 ride height adjustments.

Stang: Yes, the light is going to go. I just haven't figured what I am going to run with the stock stator and all.

Slacker: They said in the description of the arms that they used the stock lower ball joints. And, how were your mounts wrong. I went with action because of location and 3-4 hun cheaper. I wasn't going to drop 6-7 on some Lone Stars, so I think this was a good option.

Thanks Nichelson!

In the auction, it makes no mention of the lower ball joints. At very least, they never said they werent included. The lower mount was 1/2 inch to wide. Also, they were advertised as +2 +1, but they were only +2. Your right, they were really cheap. So that is why I kept them, since they would do the job.
You get what you pay for. I do like all the adjustability, and how the top heims ball joints are designed.
