FST 500 kit vs. Yoshimura 450 kit for Z400

Anybody know which kit is better. I am currently running Yoshi's 450 kit but am thinking I am going to need some more power to keep up with a modded TRX and YZF. Is the FST kit a good idea or should I keep what I got???
Thanks in advance for any info you may be able to give me..

Wow...this is the first I have ever heard of someone who wants more power from the Yoshi 450 kit. I'm just suprised because I have seen and raced them, and I can say they aren't a joke. What kind of modded 450's are you planning on racing??? There was a Yoshi 450 out at Pismo recently that put a severe beating on EVERY YFZ it raced, no matter what the mods, and even threw a beating my way, LOL.

All I've heard about with the FST500 kit is a lot of torque, but have never seen one in real life.

Good luck with your decision, but if it were me, I'd stick with the Yoshi because it won't get much better than that, guaranteed.

I've also seen a Duncan Z470 and I'd have to say I was more impressed with the Yoshi 450 motor. JMHO though, I am not in any way biased towards any brand or make, I just call it like I see it.

i think yoshi makes a 500 kit too, but i dont see why you would need that much power to beat the new 450s, with the 500 kit too though you may be losing some reliability in terms of how stable the motor is.
