Vinson & LTF 500 afficionado's (sp?)
 

I have a 98 LTF500 that I would love more pep. I know they made some improvements on the Vinson to increase the power. Anyone know off hand what they did? I may have to do some digging on some of my old Dirtwheels to find out.

I'm looking for improvements some of you have have done already.

I know I could do better by going to the Vinson but I don't ever plan on getting rid of mine. Don't have to and it's also my work quad on the farm but she gets to play some too.

Just kinda curious as to the mods available to the 500 engine.

they put a higher compression piston in, along with a new cam, i think thats it.
