they dont own the land the state does not to mention they put a waterline there so its all dirt anyways, and i ride on the other side of there ditch like 5 ft from the road, if that, and they still get mad

go to him and the other houses, maybe if you let him know what every one is driving, and who they are, and sign some sort of waiver, for insurance he may let you through, maybe you and your buddies could work his farm for a week and work off the damage done, then go home every day , shower and kick whose ever a$$ did that for you.,,,,,,,,imo. every day. good luck, buy him a subscription to the forum..........

Talk to the farmer, hopefully they'll understand you mean no harm and were not tearing anything up and allow you to ride again. Hopefully.

all roads have whats called a right of way , some have more some have less depending if there state or county or city if your riding in the bottom of the ditch then your on the right of way , in the state of Mn. thats what the law says check your state laws .. if some one mows there lawn up to the road way that does'nt make that land there's , they have no claim to that land ..

Well lets put it this way.....in NYS it's like this, if the cops saw him ridin along the road ...
his machine would probably get impounded and a definate ticket or 2. Or a ticket and a" grab
you by the ear little boy" attitude from the police and an escort home to park the machine.
The thing about NY is not much available free space for the ridin, but yet they want you to
register and insure your ride so the state can keep gettin digs on the folks. You would think that if the state wants you to do this than they would make sure you {in your area} are all set
for ridin places instead of putting a couple of spots here and there, any place from where I live is on the average of approximately a good 70 - 100 miles!! Thus the need for me to get in good with
land owners and say SCREW YOU NYS, I aint payin you for NOTHIN B.S!!
I still think you ARE WRONG for ridin up and down the streets thats just givin MORE AMMO
for the HATERS!!!
