Use soap and water before applying stickers. You can reposition the stickers once they are appied. Not sure about taking them off.

goto an automotive refinishing store and get a decal removing wheel. its a rubber wheel you put on a drill used to remove pinstriping and decals from cars. Works great on plastic. removes glue and all. Plastic will look like new.

Ha.....just thought of what took my stickers off quite a few years ago........a high pressure washer. Get real close with the washer wand and watch the stickers fly.

I'd have to say the pressure washer, but don't have it on too high. If you turn some of them up too high, they'll cut right through the plastic, lol.
Also, a little soapy water is correct when applying the new stickers. You put a little on under the stickers and you'll be able to move them around. Once it dries it will still stick better than ever.
