Hey Chainman...The reason for the K.Q. threads at least mine is I am tossing to and fro over either the K.Q. or the BF750...I have been leaning on the K.Q. owners insight to help me before I buy. Sorry your seeing so many of my threads...just needed some much needed feedback from the community.

Hi all
I picked mine up late yesterday and so far i have only played with it for a day.I was shocked at how stable it is after all the talk about irs felling tippy.It feels way more stable than my quadmaster felt or any of the other bikes i have been on.As for power it seems plenty fast and when i gun it i can lift the front wheels off the ground with no trouble.So far i love this thing

I wish I had more to tell you, I did post my first impressions under your "Nervous about KingQuad comments" post a while back. I didn't go ride this weakend because it was opening day of the elk hunt here. Other than taking the kids around the block and other farting around I havn't ridden it much. The FI is nice, no choking or anything it just fires right up, but then It hasn't been colder than 60 or so yet. I was a little dissapointed with the flimsly front bumper plastic, I got looking at it while putting the winch in, I knew it was like that though. I love the IRS, this thing rides sooooo nice! It's not at all tippy compared to the Brute Force.

I almost bought a BF but after reading about the problems people are having (glowing red exhaust, broken front end parts, broken rear axles, etc) I was having second thoughts, I rode one again and discovered the slow speed stutter and that pretty much made my mind up. After first riding the BF I tried to convince myself that it's body roll was just the nature of the beast for IRS, the KQ has nowhere near the bodyroll/tippy feeling that the BF does. I like the Diff-Lock on the BF much better than the KQs, the KQ has the same type speed limiter as the reverse, you can overide it with the reverse overide button but I still like Kawasakis grab-and-punch-it system better.

I'm happy that I waited but there is no one right choice. If you're an adrenaline junky then you'll proably be happier with the BF, I think it's probably a good machine once they get the bugs worked out. The KQ is brand new too and could very well have some issues to take care of.

If you're able to get on both the BF and the KQ and ride them do it. More than likely you'll walk away with one that you like way better than the other, a two minute ride on each one will tell you more than all these threads. Good luck, are your buying one soon?

Chainman...Thanks for the review...I am planning on getting the K.Q.....just not right this second. I am still ....kind of waiting on the dealer to produce more than a yellow machine. Evidently, Suzuki sent a teaser to all their dealers...which was one machine. Everything that I have been hearing about this machine ....has been exactly what I need to hear. However, you are absolutely right about needing to ride to make the choice. I owned a Vinson, 2002, loved it . The vinson absolutely will spoil a person on comfort, power and class. I think Suzuki has hit the sweet spot; they are producing a rare class that has their own style of feel, look and ride.

I thought about a Vinson a couple years ago but ended up buying a Prairie, I may still get one as a second quad once the 'King' is paid for. The Vinson is pretty nice, just a little light on the vital organ protection up front (as is the KQ). I'll bet they have to pry you off of the KQ after your test drive.
