Default lt250 center cases, (GASKET OR NO GASKET)

witch way is better cause i pulled my cases apart to rebuild the bottom end and I noticed it did not have a gasket just sealer. anyone one know whats best?

Just sealer, no gasket.

There is no gasket there. They never had a gasket on any lt cases. The best thing to do which i read somewhere was to run a bead of silicone.

i just put my new cases in and i always use yamabond..awesome stuff, most everbody recomends yamabond.. silicone won't hold..

Buy whatever is closest to you..... Hondabond, yamabond, or 3bond from a cycle shop. They are all the semi-drying sealer and IMO are all the same. I buy the hondabond because the honda shop is very close and it only costs about $7 for a tube and it will last a very long time.
