Do the In-Line Coolant Coolers from LC or Pro Design really make a difference? What about the Pro Design Impeller? Before I do any more mods, I'd just like to think about this first. I'm not willing to pay the money for a bigger radiator, because I don't plan on boring, or anything crazy for a while. I don't run hot, and the indicator light hasn't come on, just looking into this for precautionary reasons. Also didn't see anything in a search.

Start by getting some Redline Water Wetter! http://www.redlineoil.com/products_coolant.asp It degasses the coolant. Gases in the coolant act as an insulator, and reduce the efficiency of cooling.

I live in the hot southwest, and even during hot months rarely does my fan ever come on.

Cool, thanks. I'm going to start using that. Anyone else have any opinions on the other things mentioned, or have any other useful ideas?

I bought a couple of those inline coolers, but mostly because they look cool, lol. I don't notice my Z running hot at all though.
