i have an 88 lt250r that i just rebuilt the rearend (bearings and all that junk) and new rear brakes and e-brake block off kit. The plastics are kinda rough but it runs like a champ. It has been sleeved and it needs a new tail pipe. I think the rear gas shock needs refilled or replaced.

I am looking to sell outright or trade toward a 4x4 what do you guys think i should ask for it?

TOTAL PRICE $665 low retail $875 high retail

I'd sell it outright..even with these values, I see them for $1000 locally all the time.

 

In the western PA area, in the condition that you described, you could expect to get anywhere from $800-$1200. However, if you fix all the problems and put new plastic on it, I have seen them sell for $2500. Shinny plastic goes a long way.

 

I might just keep it if i cant get more than $950 for it.

 

i would say anywhere between 5 bucks and one kajillion. mine was 1100 and boy oh boy have i already spent more than that fixing it from being ripped off so bad

 

i think i may stick it on ebay with a $900 reserve and see what happens.
