What do you use to clean and polish the plastics?
Specifically, I have the "white" plastic on my LT-Z400 and it seems black spots appear and they are hard to clean...

Any tips would be greatly appreciated...

STP Son of a Gun. It's considered a polish and protectant, which it does a great job of, but I've also found it helps to clean very well along with some elbow grease.

For white platics you can clean difficult spots with a SOS pad. The other old trick is to wipe the plastics with Mop N' Glo floor cleaner, it will leave them slick and shiny.

I tried Mop n Glow and Future and found Future to hold up to washing much better. Mop n Glow would turn milky after about the 3rd wash. However in your case (white plastic) it probably wouldn't be noticeable.
