What kind of oil do you guys use for your z400's and what kind of filter?

 

I use Amsoil 0w-40 full synthetic and nothing but oem oil filter

 

Just use a good 10w-30 or 40 b/c thats whats in the maual, this summer i used too light weight and it would overheat a lot eaiser. use the same filter that was in there in the first place. Just make sure that if its synthetic, its wet clutch safe.
