Ok, as my sig says, I'm looking to buy a Yoshimura RS-3 Comp Full System with the Carbon Fiber canister, a power pack or pro power pack, which includes kn filter, jets, outerwear, and pro has a billet base plate for filter, and then a rev box. I remember reading about people talking about the best rev box to upgrade to and I think final decision was a ignition that had a programmable and non-programmable and that for non-programmable version it upgraded rev limit and advances timing a bit for around 200 bucks, what is this ignition? Also, is the power pack worth getting? or should i buy like outerwear, jets and kn filter? Thanx

 

Dyna ignition, advantagecyclelc.com has the best price that I have found.

What's the price on the power pack? I paid ~$90 for my nossmachine filter adapter and K&N with outerware. Jets are ~$5 each, and I think a needle is $15-$20 (Alba), or you could use the stock needle.

Your pipe should come with a couple jets, should get you close.

My dynojet kit wasnt worth buying. It didnt have a big enough main jet, and I developed a burble with the needle. I ended up buying another jet and ran the stock needle.

 

power pack without billet base plate is around 110 for Z400, and 140 with Z, and has dyno jet kit, kn filter, outerwear, and base plate in the pro power pack (pro kit just has base plate)., thanx that was ignition i was looking for.

 

so how much was ur ignition? and finally how much and from where did u get reverse over ride?

 

I paid $350 for my Dyna. It was before the cheap version came out.

Do a search on "reverse" you will find the instructions under a rescent post.

 

The dyna fs programable ignition has a reverse overide built into it.
