ChuckE pipe ???? for QUADRACER

Somebody offered me a chuckE pipe to put on my quadracer. I never heard of it. Is that a good pipe ??? Is it more for topend or lowend ????? Does it sound good ??? Will it fit with my fmf silencer ????? If anybody knows where I could get a pic of that, I would appreciate it.
