Default Here's one thing that GREATLY improves the King Quad 700.

I have 2800 miles on my King Quad 700 and all of these miles are with the original tires. It is a great ATV in my opinion but it was getting very hard to steer and wasn't getting very good traction. Anyway, I thoroughly studied aftermarket tires and then I purchased 4 Maxxis Bighorn tires for it. This one upgrade will GREATLY improve your King Quad. It steers better than it did when new. It rides better, and last Friday I was in deep snow here in Utah and it was unstoppable. If you are thinking of new tires, or want an upgrade that will greatly enhance your King Quad, I highly recommend the Maxxis Bighorn.

did you loose any of your low end power when you put the new skins on ? also another good and cheap upgrade for the king is to put a steering damper on it its a life saver .......

I noticed right off that it affected the power a little bit when I accelerated real hard. The fan runs more too. But the low end power seems about the same. How does the steering damper help and what brand did you choose?

How does the steering stabilizer help the KingQuad? Does it maker it any harder to steer?

at slower speeds it will help you steer and take some of the jolt out you feel when you are in rough terrain , and at higher speeds it will it will stiffen up and help stablize your steering , next time you ride and you are doing about 35 mph or faster you should notice how easy and light your steering gets , this will help take that uneasy feeling away
