hey i was just woundering i have a 1991 lt160 suzuki atv and since its winter now the reverse lever on my wheeler wont pull up so i cant go in reverse. could anyone help me out with this?

well i dont think its a bad cable. it seems to be like frozen down. do you think if i poured sum hot water on it,will it do anything?

 

I would disconnect the cable and slide it back and forth to make sure it hasn't rusted inside. If that seems to work properly then manually move the lever that the cable connects to on the transmission to see if the problem is in your transmission.
