Welcome to the forums.

When you say no fuel, is there any fuel getting to the carb? Is the bowl dry?

Checked for any holes in the diaphram?

And you're sure it's a fuel issue and not a spark issue?

Hopefully someone that has or has had one will get you a better answer.

I'd take a closer look at the diaphragm.

Pull the plug and see if it is wet and check for a good strong spark. Put in a new one, kick it several time and check the plug again for fuel. If these quad get flooded they are a bear to get started with the kick starter, try to tow it in 2nd or 3rd gear.
