Hi, I'm new here and have a problem with my King Quad.

I have a 97 250 King Quad.

GREAT machine. I love it.

I was teaching my wife to drive it tonight and while I was riding with her, the bike just stopped and wouldn't restart. It wouldn't even turn over. Power was on, battery was up, just nothing when you hit the start button.

It seemed like a fuse of some sort blew.

Any help or suggestions of what to look for?

Do any of the lights work? If everything is dead, then I would suspect a fuse also. Not familiar with this model, but on my kfx there was a fuse right by the battery.

Check the kill switch on the left handle grip.
Also if it's a KQ it has a 300cc not a 250.
