lt 250s a arm mod
Heres some pics of my Lt250s with Lt230s fenders,I installed 1987 Lt250r lower a-arms on my Lt250s just needed to grinded about 1/8 inch of the a arm mount.
With stock lt250s front shocks gives me a 1 1/2 inch lift,if you don't want the lift you can use lt230s or lt230e front shocks n it will come back down close to stock height.
When you mount the lower arms you can use washer on a arm mounts to make up the differents on the opposite of mount you ground off.

lt250s A-Arm mod
The lower a-arms ball joint from the lt250r fits perfect in the lt250s spindle.
Now is the ball joint goes bad you can replace it.
The ball joint on the lt250s you can't replace.
Also the lt250r a-arm bolts are drilled and have grease fitting on them the lt250s do not.
So I used the upper and lower a-arm bolts n bearings on my lt250s.
Also the upper a-arms from the lt250r will not work on the lt250s and the upper ball joint won't work either.

lt 250r lower A-Arm ground to fit a lt250s
I ground off 1mm of the inner part of each side of the A-Arm they will fit without grinding but you need to take the washers out of the inside cap shown in picture.
but I think you need the inter washers so it won't ware threw the bearing cap and lose grease.
The inner washers measure at 1mm thickness
and if you use your 250s shocks you will get a 1 1/2 inch lift to bring it back to stock go with lt230 front shocks.
