Default Thinking about getting a 750i king quad How many miles is too many?

I found a guy that has a 2012 750i King Quad and I think I can trade him out of it, he's supposed to get back to me today on it. The thing is it has over 9000 miles on it, he said it's all been road miles checking fields and it's been well maintained. Looking at the pics, it doesn't look like it has ever been abused, the plastic is shiny so it hasn't seen much brush. The only thing holding me back is the mileage. Does anyone know how long I can expect it to run before I run into transmission, diff and engine problems even though it was well maintained?

My 2001 only has 4000 miles. 9000 is up there.
When I buy used condition and mileage matter more then year.

I like the ones used by mature city rider only for camping and hunting season and then parked in the garage.
Not one from the country where its used as a every day tool.

Get the one from the old guy in the suburbs with a gun case bolted on the back who gets out for 2weeks a year and sits in a deer stand for most of that time.

It is high milage but the King Quad can stand it. Check the rear anti roll bar, they wear through at the mounting blocks on the chassis. The frame can crack near those blocks too. The whole bottom frame tubes were prone to cracks on the 700 but we haven't had as much trouble with 750s yet. The rear suspension bushes will probably be worn, if someone hasn't replaced them already, an easy job but it all costs. The front top A arm bushes wear as well. Other than that they are not prone to faults.

True, but the 2012 King Quad with 1200 miles can stand it better.

I,m looking at a 2010 450 Grizzly with eps for $4700 with 500 miles in comparison.

I'm going to go look at it, he says 3500 is his bottom dollar on it, I'll check the frame at the anti roll bar as mentioned above and listen for any odd rattles. He says it's been babied and they just use it to check fence and their horses. I like working on ATV's, but just wanted to make sure these weren't reputed to go down at 10,000 miles or something lol.

$3500 is a good price for a 750 big bore 2012 even with its higher miles.

Sounds like the miles it does have were easy miles not hard slugging ones.
