Don't know why papa hog scoot wants you to test it, but check voltage with engine running. The 700 is notorious for a low charge rate so, unless modified, you will be lucky to get more than 13.5v, usually max charge is just over idle speed, but rev it up and see what you get.

Yes, the C00 mark jumped from top to bottom, instead of sitting in the middle, I found if I revved it slightly I could get it to sit on the centre dash.

Well I guess it can't hurt to dremel the notches or holes a little. It's just a pain getting tout those bolts

So today I let the kq warm up until the fan kicked on then I adjusted the tps and I got it -C00. The dash does jump to the top when I rev it buy it then goes back to the center when I let off throttle. I'm happy with it being in the center at least.
